Package Inclusion / Exclusion

 Package includes:-

                Ø  Accommodation in Standard double room .

Ø  Surface transportation and transfers as per the itinerary only.

Ø  Non A/c rooms at Hill station ( Munnar&Thekkady).

Ø   GST,Parking & Drivers Bata.

Package does not include:-

Ø  Package does not include entry fees to monuments and places.

Ø  Anything not mentioned in the package include.

Ø  Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine, mineral water, telephone charges.

Ø  All items of personal nature.

Ø  Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot). 

Ø  Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 

Reservation Policy:-

Ø  Confirmation of Hotel Rooms/House boate is subject to the availability. Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e. 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.

General Terms & Conditions:

Ø  Houseboat Check in Time: 12 noon and Checkout 09.00 AM

Ø  Air conditioner in the bedrooms will be ON only from 08 pm to 07 am.

Ø  Houseboats are for Exclusive usage and not shared

Ø  Meal plan - start with Lunch and ends with Breakfast (Typical KeralaCuisine , if you require any   Other cuisine inform us in advance

Ø  6 PM till 8 AM Houseboat will be stationed, and cruise will start again from 8AM.
